We are here to help you.

Our mission is to promote and support the benefits of parent-directed education.

For Individuals: Is homeschooling the right decision for your child? Are you ready to take on the challenges of teaching at home? FEAST is here to help! Attend one of our Home School Orientations and learn the details! We can help you jump start your homeschool.

For Support Groups and Coops: Would you like your group information more available to homeschoolers? Do you need a location to host a planning meeting? Would love to pamper your group volunteers with a nice meal or ceremony? Are you interested in training/workshops on certain topics?

FEAST is here to serve YOU! We get calls every day from families all across South Texas wanting information about support groups that are near them and/or meet specific needs they have. We want to put updated information on our website to help direct families toward your group.

FEAST is not trying to take the place of the local support group, nor are we in competition with you. We know that God has provided our region with so many different “flavors” of co-ops and support groups because homeschoolers are a diverse group of people.

Did you know that the primary purpose for FEAST is to serve, honor and glorify God, by taking appropriate steps to unify and focus the homeschoolers and homeschool support groups in the South Texas Region? In an effort to make this purpose more known in the community, we need to hear from you! We want to know how we can serve you. You know your group and their needs. As you inform us, we can better assist you, leaders; then all homeschoolers are being more efficiently served.

  1. Check our website and see if your information is listed and is current. If you need to be added to the list or have information updated, send an email to community@homeschoolfeast.com. If you can, please include a one-page advertisement we could print and display in our support group binder in our Resource Center.
  2. Email community@homeschoolfeast.com and let us know the answer to the above questions. Do you need help starting or organizing your group, or a sports program? We can help. Let us know how we can serve YOU!
  3. Spread the word! Homeschooling, in general, is growing in leaps and bounds and especially here in South Texas. Let other homeschool groups know that FEAST can advertise for them to help them serve others.

FEAST Statement of Faith

  • We Believe the Holy Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of man, and the Divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life.
  • We Believe in one infinite, true God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We Believe Jesus Christ is the true God and the true man, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Having lived sinless, He truly died and was resurrected in His own body for our atonement and resurrection.
  • We Believe that only through His death by the shedding of His blood and His resurrection are we provided justification and salvation.
  • We Believe in the bodily resurrection of all mankind; of the believer to an everlasting dwelling with God, of the unbeliever to an everlasting, conscious hell without God.
  • We Believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to convict men of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service.
  • We Believe in the imminent, bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
