A Christ Centered Enrichment Program for Home Schooled Children
http://www.lifeshinetx.org/
Fee: $110 a month with registration and supply fee

LifeShine Homeschool Enrichment Program provides homeschooling families the opportunity to enhance their children’s learning experiences one day a week with various enrichment classes, positive friendships and social development in a fun group environment. Our desire is to help children experience activities that aid in developing their God-given gifts and abilities. Our instructors hold to strong Biblical values and strive to honor Jesus Christ in all they do and say.

LifeShine offers enrichment classes in both spring and fall semesters to 1st through 12th grade homeschool students. Children in grades 1st through 6th have all-day enrichment activities, so parents drop their children off for the entire day. Students in grades 7th through 12th have “a la carte” choices in core classes and electives to better meet their needs and time constraints.

Please visit www.LifeShineTX.org, for a full list of classes offered, online registration and more information.

Mommy and Us
Perla Grochowski (210) 279-0642

Open to everyone, though they must be aware that the group will be discussing spiritual matters in a biblical perspective. We believe that encouragement comes in various forms – emotional, physical and spiritual.

No statement of faith is required.
No fee.

For now all form of contact is via e-mail or phone. Please tell us a little about your group and its mission: We seek to encourage moms with more than one child. At this point, we’re targeting moms with children at or under age six. Through bible study and then fellowship time we should find encouragement and support in raising our kids. After the brief bible study, I hope all moms could mingle and find ways to help one another in teaching each other’s kids. I strongly believe it takes a community to raise a child and so the setting is set in that tone. I believe that God is three in one (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and take from that the importance of not being alone in the mission of raising kids that are smart both in intellect and moral character.
