Classical Conversations: A classical approach to home education.

Classical Conversations is a nation-wide program that helps train and equip parents to provide their children with a Christian classical education. Communities meet once a week for a class day lead by a tutor, who is there to help you, the homeschool teacher. There are communities offering classes from K4 through High School all over San Antonio and surrounding areas. Based on the trivium, three roads, we meet once a week in classes which are tutor lead. Tutors are there to help you, the home school teacher.
Homeschool Academic and Arts Class Day (HAAC Day)
Classes meet on Wednesdays at the First Baptist Church of Bulverde located at the east end of Casey Road at Hwy 281, just south of Hwy 46.

Come together with like-minded Christian families in a relaxed environment for fellowship, special interest clubs, student government, service projects, monthly field trips, teen Bible study, prom, graduation, monthly mom’s support meetings, quarterly mom’s night out, mom’s Bible study, yearbook, family directory, egroup. Meets Thursdays 1-4pm at Tree of Life Church in New Braunfels. Activities geared towards teens but whole family is welcome.

P.A.T.H.S. is planning it’s 2nd Annual Senior Class 2010, Cap & Gown Ceremony. Last year P.A.T.H.S. had 24 participating graduates from the San Antonio area and surrounding cities. This Senior Graduation ceremony will commemorate their achievement as they complete their final year of secondary school. It is urgent that if you wish to have your child/senior participate please join early and come join our meetings, which are held once a month. We will be accepting no more than 30 seniors. Star Academy is a class day program in Northeast San Antonio, Texas serving home schooled students, grades 6 -12. At Star Academy we offer once-per-week challenging core classes and electives – a full spectrum of offerings from which to choose.
Our teachers exemplify? integrity and character, and they will offer your student the best possible learning experience. SHINE stands for ‘Supporting Homeschoolers In the NorthEast’.
SHINE is a non-profit organization designed to provide cooperative opportunities and a support network to families educating their children at home in the Northeast San Antonio, TX area.
We serve families homeschooling children in K-12th grade. Our group provides support and activities for all ages of children and teens as well as for our parents. We also offer co-op classes for our member families. Visit our website to find out more about what we offer for each of the age groups!
