Artios of San antonio is a Christ centered, creative community for homeschool students in grades K-12 based on an integrated history/fine arts curriculum.
 
Our students rotate through five core subjects: history/language arts/art/theater/and music. Each subject is taught from the historical perspective as well as from a biblical worldview.

The purpose of CHEAGC shall be to provide the opportunity for fellowship and exchange among home schooling families and those interested in home education through:

Classical Conversations is a nation-wide program that helps train and equip parents to provide their children with a Christian classical education. Communities meet once a week for a class day lead by a tutor, who is there to help you, the homeschool teacher.  There are communities offering classes from K4 through High School all over San Antonio and surrounding areas.

We are a Homeschool field trip and support group for Christians on the NE side of San Antonio and surrounding areas. We get together mostly on Thursdays and Wednesdays for play time or organized field trips AND offer fun Fridays at parks!

Our Home Teen group is part of Home Team and offers teen activities every month. Our teen group is for ages 12 to 18yrs. We often have special activities for the teens at our weekly Friday park days too!

All members must have at least one homeschooled child that is 4 years or older to enjoy the membership – as most field trips are aimed at kinder and older. We encourage all members to join in on at least one activity a month when possible. We do require that members attend at least once every 3 months.

SHINE stands for ‘Supporting Homeschoolers In the NorthEast’.

SHINE is a non-profit organization designed to provide cooperative opportunities and a support network to families educating their children at home in the Northeast San Antonio, TX area.
